2023-04-07 - Optional items on estimates

We hope you're having a great week. We have some exciting updates to share with you!

Estimate optional items

First off, we've made some major improvements to our estimates feature. You can now include optional line items without needing at least one non-optional line item. This will give you more flexibility when creating estimates for your customers.

Workflow improvements

In addition, we've improved the workflow by removing pointless pop-up windows when clicking on customers, properties, estimates, invoices, and more. This will make it easier for you to navigate the system and get your work done more efficiently.

KPI Time to Close and Service Area Radius in the Cockpit

We've added two new key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Cockpit dashboard: Time to Close and Service Area Radius. Time to Close measures the amount of time it takes for a lead to become a customer, while Service Area Radius displays the average distance between your company's service locations and your customers. These KPIs will give you valuable insights into how well your business is performing and where you can make improvements.
