Simplified Job Completion and Invoicing
We are excited to announce that we have simplified the process of completing and invoicing jobs by tying those functions into one button. This change will simplify workflow and create a more stable back end for our auto-invoicing function rebuild. Please note that this does not send the invoice; it simply generates it and marks it as pending.

Redesigned Late Invoice Feature
Our late invoice feature has been completely rebuilt for better usability and reliability. With this update, you can now easily track and manage late invoices, ensuring that you never miss a payment.

Call Notes Notification
We are thrilled to introduce our new call notification automation feature. You can now leave call notes on a customer's profile, and they will trigger a notification to the owner or employee of your choice. Settings for these notifications can be found under the preferences tab. Please note that this will be an enterprise-only feature.

Save Confirmation for Customer Profile Notes
We have added a save confirmation for when you update notes on a customer profile. This ensures that you never accidentally lose any important information.

Customer Portal Update
Customers can now update their contact information from inside the client portal. This makes it easier for them to keep their information up-to-date and ensures that you always have the most accurate contact information.

Mobile Updates
We have made several updates to our mobile app to improve usability. Now, when viewing a visit on mobile, customer and property names are clickable. Additionally, the invoice page on mobile now shows more information in the list, such as invoice status and amount.
