Based on user feedback, we have made stop actions on sequence automations optional. Now, you have the choice to include or exclude stop actions in your sequence automations, allowing for more seamless and uninterrupted communication with your contacts.

Improved dispatch board with estimated drive time
We have enhanced the dispatch board by adding estimated drive time to the "Show Stats" feature. This improvement will help you better plan and optimize your routes by providing you with estimated drive times for each job.

Streamlined customer CSV imports from Service Autopilot
For those transitioning from Service Autopilot to Copilot, we have made customer CSV imports easier and more seamless. You can now import your customer data effortlessly, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in managing your customer relationships.
