Weekly Update for Copilot CRM Users
Welcome to this week's update for Copilot CRM users! Here are the top features that were released this week:
More Filtering Options
We've added more filtering options on the customers, invoices, and estimates page. And we're not done yet! There is one more update coming to add even more filters. Once that is done, we will remove the send email page because all functionality on that page will be possible from the customer page.

Client Portal Schedule Options
Now, you can choose to show all visits, meetings, and to-dos on the schedule for the client in the client portal.

Mark Text Conversations as Open or Done
Text conversations can now be marked as Open or Done. Open conversations will show a number in the top toolbar. This feature helps you keep track of which conversations require follow-up and which have been completed.

Verbiage Change
We've changed the verbiage on items and services from "Costs" to "Rate Charged to Client." This is a quick change for our upcoming native integration with https://p4psoftware.com/ .

Multi-User Login
Multi-user login is now available to all users! Please contact support in order to set up this feature.
