Dear Copilot CRM users,
We hope this message finds you well. We have been working hard to bring you some exciting new features and improvements to the platform. Here are the top features released this week:
Card on File for Estimates
We have added a new setting that allows you to require all customers (or specific customers) to save a card on file in order to accept an estimate. This new feature makes getting paid on time easier and reduces the risk of payment delays or disputes.

Time Tracking on Routes
We know that tracking time is an important part of managing your business. That's why we have updated the routes page to show the time tracked on each visit. This makes it easy to compare tracked time vs. budgeted hours and ensure that you stay on track.

Copy Link Option for Estimates and Invoices
We have added a new option to send an estimate or invoice via a link. This means you can now copy the link and send it any way you like, whether via email, text message, or any other communication channel.

Improved Stability and Feature Releases
We have been working hard to improve the stability of the platform and ensure that we release new features in a controlled and efficient manner. We have introduced a Code Review step to our workflow and have implemented Feature Wednesday for more controlled feature releases.
