New Feature: Call Notes for Enterprise-level Users

We are excited to announce the release of a highly requested feature for our enterprise-level users. You can now add call notes directly from the customer profile page. This new functionality streamlines your workflow by allowing you to document important details of your customer interactions right where you need them. Additionally, when you add call notes, you can create follow-up to-do items and even send notifications to ensure you never miss an important task.

Enhanced Client Portal: Easier Auto-Pay Setup

In response to valuable user feedback, we have significantly improved the auto-pay setup process in the client portal. We understand the importance of providing a seamless payment experience for your customers, and these enhancements make it even easier for them to set up auto-pay. With simple steps, your customers can conveniently manage their payment preferences, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.

Updated Design: Improved Credit Card Icon

We updated the icon of the credit card on file indicator on the customer list.
