We are excited to share with you the latest features and improvements we have released this week. We hope that these updates will enhance your experience with our platform and help you manage your business more efficiently.

Redesigned Customer Profile Page and Add New Customer Page

Our team has been working hard to improve the customer profile page and add new customer page to save space and make the workflow faster. We have redesigned the pages to be more intuitive and user-friendly. You can now easily access customer information, add notes, and perform other actions with just a few clicks.

Android and iOS Notifications

We are happy to announce that Android and iOS notifications are now working! You will receive notifications for various events, such as new messages, appointments, and reminders. We are also working on cleaning up the notifications and adding the notification page from the desktop on the mobile app.

Simplified Visit Notes

We have simplified visit notes by adding one note field editable individually by visit or in bulk by editing notes on recurring visits. This feature makes it easier to keep track of visit notes and saves you time.

Employees’ Login Billing Improvements

We have added an improvement to the billing system for employee logins. The total of employee logins gets added to one bill each month, and we have added a login-enabled icon to the employee list. This feature makes it easier to manage employee logins and keep track of your billing.

Send Email and Text Button from the Customer Page

We have added a new button on the customer page that allows you to send emails and texts to groups of customers using filters. This feature makes it easier to communicate with your customers and send bulk communications.

Adding GIFs and Stickers in Emails

We have added the ability to include GIFs and stickers in emails. This feature allows you to add a personal touch to your emails and make them more engaging.
