Weekly Update to Copilot CRM Users

Email Builder Version 2

We're thrilled to announce that Email Builder version 2 is now live! With this update, you can create much better emails with images, videos, text, links, and more. We've listened to your feedback, and we think you'll be pleased with the new features and improved functionality.

Business Name in Emails

We've also added your business name to emails sent to customers from within Copilot. This change will help ensure that your customers know who the email is coming from and help establish your brand.

Redesigned Routes Page

We've redesigned the routes page to make it even more user-friendly. The new floating map feature makes it easy to see routes when having a lot of scheduled visits. We've also condensed the page to save space and fit more on your screen. We think you'll find the new design to be a significant improvement!

Budgeted Hour Column

We've added a budgeted hour column to invoices and estimates. This feature will allow you to see how much time you've budgeted for each project, making it easier to keep track of your resources and plan for the future. (Note: this is by default set not to be visible to the customer.)
