Hello Copilot CRM users,

We are excited to announce some new features and updates that have been implemented this week:

Hide tags/off-seasons/ service categories

You can now easily hide tags, off-seasons, and service categories in Copilot CRM. This will help you to organize your data better and streamline your workflows.

Adding customer name in automations for review

We have added the ability to include customer names in automations for review. This will make it easier for you to keep track of what customer the automation is connected to.

Showing default services when clicking a property

When you click on a property in Copilot CRM, you will now see default services that are associated with that property. This will save you time and make it easier to manage your properties and services.

Support call recaps

We are now providing support call recaps to help you remember what was discussed. This will provide a recording with key talking points and a transcript. This is great if you want to look back on how to do something in the software!
