Weekly Update to Copilot CRM Users

Introduction

Welcome to this week's update for Copilot CRM! We have had a very productive week and have some exciting updates to share with you.

Notes Formatting

We are happy to announce that we have added the ability to format your notes in more pages! This feature has been added to the following pages: invoice and estimate terms, internal notes on invoices and estimates, crew notes, and employee notes. Now you can make your notes stand out and be more organized.

Routes Page

We have made some changes to the routes page to make it even more useful. The map is now bigger, allowing you to see more detail and plan your routes more effectively.

Month Calendar View

We have improved the month calendar view by adding a "show more" button for days with more than 10 visits. This will help you easily see all of your appointments and stay on top of your schedule.

My Day Page Redesign

We have redesigned the My Day page to save space and make the information displayed clearer. Now you can easily see your tasks and appointments for the day and stay organized.

Property Location for Tax Rate

We have added an option to turn off and on the ability to use property location for tax rate. This will give you more control over your tax settings and ensure that they are accurate.

Optimize/Save Button

We have moved the optimize/save button down to the list for clearer understanding of the button's purpose. Now you can easily optimize your routes and save your changes with just one click.

Design Updates

We have also made some small design updates to improve your user experience. The calendar change year buttons now change months, weekly recurring day buttons are now colored blue, and estimate specific automations are now in a drop-down menu.
