Weekly Update: June 23, 2023

Hello Copilot CRM users,

We hope this message finds you well. We have some exciting updates to share with you this week. Here are the top features that we rolled out:

Improved Text Editors

We're excited to announce that we've started rolling out improved text editors across the software. The first place we added this was the customer notes section. This means that you can now add advanced formatting such as bold, italicized, headings, and even images to your customer notes. We hope that this will make it easier for you to keep track of important information about your customers.

Customer Statements via Email

We've added the ability to send customer statements via email. This means that you can now quickly and easily send statements to your customers without having to print and mail them. We believe that this will save you time and make your life easier.

Street Address on Customer Profile

We've moved the street address to be visible at the top of the customer profile. This means that you can now quickly and easily see the address of your customer without having to click the “show more” button. We believe that this will make it easier for you to find the information that you need.
