Copilot CRM Weekly Update

Hello Copilot CRM users,

We hope this update finds you well! Our team has been working hard to improve the platform and create new features that will help you manage your business more efficiently. Here are the top features we released this week:

Email Links

We are excited to announce the release of Email Links, a new feature that allows you to send "One-Click Estimate Emails" to your clients. With Email Links, you can pitch a specific service and then customers can click a link to opt-in for an estimate. You can also trigger an automation based on tag-added. This feature will save you time and streamline your communication with clients.

Default Schedule Views

We've made some changes to the default schedule views for desktop and mobile. Now, you can enjoy different views that are optimized for your device. This will make it easier to view your schedule and manage your appointments.

Global Time Clock Redesign

We've redesigned the Global Time Clock for simplicity. With this update, you will be able to clock in and out with ease and track your time more accurately.

Email Merge Tags for Event Notes

We've added Email Merge Tags for Event Notes. This will make it easier to create personalized emails to clients and include notes for your visits, meetings and to dos.

Time Tracking on Mobile

We've moved Time Tracking to the top of the page on mobile when opening a visit. This will make it easier to access and track your time on the job.

Visit Button Colors

We've updated the colors for Visit Buttons to tie in better with the existing color scheme.

Mobile Grid Color and Budgeted Hours

The great view on mobile now colors is it based on open closed in skipped status. This allows you to quickly see what has been done, and what is still left on the schedule for the day. This update also shows budgeted hours right from the grid view for each visit on mobile.

Move Events Button

We've added the "Move Events" button to the Routes Page. This will make it easier to manage your events and create more efficient routes.
