Copilot CRM Weekly Update - July 21, 2023

Jobs Module

Our new Jobs module is here, and it's better than ever! Now you can easily see recurring and single visits scheduled right from the customer profile. This makes it easier than ever to manage your appointments and keep track of your schedule.

Customer Timeline

We've added a new feature to the customer communication timeline that shows which employee was responsible for each email or text. This makes it easier to keep track of customer interactions and assign responsibility for tasks.

Color-coded stops on the Routes page

We've added color-coded stops to the routes page map by event color, event type, service, crew assigned, and employee assigned. This makes it easier to visualize your routes and get a quick overview of what's going on.

Dispatch Board meeting and to-do categories

Meeting and To-Do categories now show on the dispatch board for quick reference when building routes. This makes it easier to keep track of your tasks and stay organized.

Copilot went dark…

We're excited to announce that Copilot CRM now has a dark mode! You can switch to dark mode by accessing the side menu. This makes it easier on your eyes and can help reduce eye strain. Also it just looks so cool.
