Weekly Update - July 14, 2023
Hello Copilot CRM users,
We hope you're having a great week! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and improvements we've made to the Copilot CRM platform.
Recurring Visits
We've added a new feature that allows you to set recurring visits to be indefinite. This means you no longer need to manually schedule recurring visits each new season, saving you time and hassle.

Notes for Dispatchers

You can now add notes for dispatchers directly from a visit, which will show up inline on the dispatch board. This enables better communication between you and your dispatch team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Budgeted Hours
We've made improvements to budgeted hours for visits, by totaling them from line items to avoid double entry. This ensures accurate tracking of your budgeted hours and helps you stay within your budget.

Streamlined Visit Creation
We've moved the visit type and date selection box further down the page when creating a visit. This improves the flow and makes it easier to create visits quickly.

Check Payments
When recording a payment made by check, it will now require you to enter the check number. This ensures accurate record-keeping and makes it easier to track payments.

Redesigned Estimate Page

The estimate page has been redesigned to save vertical space and create estimates faster. We've also renamed the estimate filter buttons to make more sense and redesigned them to save more space.

Budgeted Hours Column
We've added a budgeted hours column on the tracked time page, which allows you to quickly see time budgeted vs how much time the job took. This helps you stay on track with your budget and ensures you're not over/ under estimating.

Customer Types
You can now add customer types, which enables you to categorize your customers based on their specific needs or interests. This makes it easier to target your marketing efforts and tailor your services to meet their needs.
