Bulk Email Enhancements

We are excited to announce that we have made some improvements to our bulk email feature. Now, when you send bulk emails, they will automatically include an unsubscribe link. Additionally, we have implemented a new feature that excludes people with the unsubscribe tag from receiving these bulk emails. This helps ensure that your email communications are compliant with email regulations and provides a better experience for your recipients.

Auto-sending Invoice Feature

We have rebuilt and fully tested our auto-sending invoice feature. You can now rely on this feature to automatically send invoices to your customers, saving you time and effort. With this enhancement, you can streamline your invoicing process and ensure prompt delivery of invoices to your clients.

Custom Redirect URL for Work Request Forms

We understand the importance of tracking marketing statistics, and to help you with that, we have introduced a new feature. You can now choose a custom redirect URL when a work request form is filled out. This allows you to direct users to a specific webpage after they submit a work request form, enabling you to track conversions and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns more accurately.

Improved Property Mapping

Adding new properties to your database is now more accurate and convenient. With our latest update, you can adjust the map pin to confirm that the property is in the correct location. This ensures that your property database remains precise and helps you provide accurate information to your clients.

Extended Visit Duration

We have listened to your feedback and made enhancements to our visit scheduling feature. You can now schedule visits that span multiple days, giving you the flexibility to accommodate longer appointments or multi-day events. This improvement allows you to manage your schedule better and meet the diverse needs of your business.

Enhanced Dispatch Board

For better visibility and control, we have added a new feature to our dispatch board. You can now toggle on/off the truck icons that show employee locations on the dispatch board. This feature gives you the ability to customize the display and focus on the information that is most relevant to you.
