Sequence Automation Updates

We are excited to announce some new updates to our sequence automation feature that will enhance your workflow and allow for more personalized customer interactions:

Create and Assign To-Dos

Now, you can easily create and assign to-dos within your sequences. This feature helps you stay organized and ensures that no important task gets overlooked.

"Does Not Have a Tag" Condition

We understand the importance of precise targeting in your customer engagement. With the new "does not have a tag" condition, you can now exclude specific segments from your automation, ensuring that your messages reach the right audience.

"Does Not Have a Card on File" Condition

To further streamline your communication, we have added the "does not have a card on file" condition. This allows you to specifically target customers who have not provided payment information, enabling you to tailor your messaging accordingly.

"Does Not Have a Recurring Series" Condition

For businesses offering recurring services, we have introduced the "does not have a recurring series" condition. This enables you to identify and engage with customers who have not yet subscribed to a recurring series, helping you encourage sign-ups and increase customer retention.

Clarified If/Else Steps

We have also made improvements to the if/else steps in our automation builder. With clearer instructions and more intuitive logic, creating conditional pathways in your sequences has never been easier.

Improvements to Emails

We have made significant enhancements to our email functionality to ensure better deliverability and reliability:

Separated Email Services

To optimize email delivery, we have separated our email services for transactional emails and marketing emails. This separation ensures that your transactional emails, automations, invoices, estimates, and account notifications, are prioritized and reliably delivered to your customers' inboxes.

Send Emails to the Copilot Support Team

We value your feedback and are committed to providing excellent support. That's why we have introduced a new feature that allows you to send emails directly to our Copilot Support Team from within the app. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, our support team is just a click away.
