2023-12-22 - Card on file lock and updates to sequence automations
Weekly Update - December 22, 2023
Require all customers to have a card on file and be notified to cancel service if the card is removed.
We have implemented a new setting that requires all customers to have a card on file. This will show a warning to the customer when they go to remove a credit card on file. If a customer removes their card from their account, you will receive a notification prompting you to cancel their service.

Enhanced Job Module on Customer Profile
We have made significant improvements to the job module on the customer profile. In addition to displaying recurring and single jobs, you can now view the job history and identify quick dispatch groups that the customer is included in. This will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the customer's job-related activities and improve your overall job management process.

Exclusion Filters for Customer List
We have added some exclusion filters to the customer list feature. Now, you can easily filter customers based on specific criteria, such as customers who do not have a certain tag assigned to them. This will allow you to segment your customer base more effectively and target your communication and marketing efforts accordingly.

Multiple Stop Conditions for Sequence Automations
We are excited to announce that sequence automations can now have multiple stop conditions. This means you can set up more complex automation workflows and define multiple criteria for when a sequence should stop. This enhancement gives you greater flexibility and control over your automated communication with customers.

Sortable Sequence Automation History
To make it easier for you to track and analyze your sequence automations history, we have made the sequence automation history sortable.

Default Budget Hours for To-Dos and Meetings
We understand the importance of efficient time management, which is why we have introduced the ability to set default budget hours for to-dos and meetings. This feature allows you to allocate time more accurately, helps you stay on top of your tasks and appointments, and saves time when creating them.

Improved Visit Notes Sections
Based on user feedback, we have moved the visit notes sections up when viewing a job. This change makes it more convenient for you to access and add important notes during a job, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible.

Duplicate Address Check when Adding a Property
To avoid duplicate entries and maintain data accuracy, we have implemented a duplicate address check when adding a new property. This feature will alert you if an address already exists in your account, reducing the chances of creating duplicate entries and ensuring data integrity.

Stripe Credit Card Verification for New Free Accounts
New free accounts are required to complete Stripe credit card verification. This additional step is aimed at ensuring the security of our platform and preventing fraudulent activities. We will also be rolling out this verification process to existing free accounts in the near future.

We hope these updates enhance your experience with Copilot CRM. As always, we appreciate your feedback and suggestions for further improvements. Stay tuned for more exciting features and enhancements coming your way!
