Multi-day view on the Dispatch Board

We are excited to share a big update! The Dispatch Board in Copilot CRM now allows you to view and manage several days simultaneously. Before, you could only view one day at a time.

Why Is This Great?

  • See More at Once: You can now see your schedule for many days, which helps you plan better.

  • Easy to Use: No need to keep switching between days – see everything in one view.

How It Works

  1. Pick Your Days: The Dispatch Board now has a new date range selector at the top. You can choose a start and end date to see multiple days.

  2. Use the Calendar: Click on the calendar to select the days you want to see.

  3. Switch Views: You can still switch back to a single-day view to optimize routes. It’s easy to change between single-day and multi-day views. (Optimizing routes when multiple days are selected is coming in the future.

Click Team > Dispatch Board to navigate to the Dispatch Board.

You can now click the date box to select a preset date range or use the custom option to select your own.

To return to the single-day view, click the Today button.

Note: Automatic route optimization is not available when multiple days are selected. This feature will be available in the future.

Load on scroll on the Dispatch Board

We’ve added a new feature to the Dispatch Board that makes the page load much faster. Visits will load as you scroll down the page instead of all at once.

Why Is This Great?

  • Faster Loading: The Dispatch Board will load much quicker because it doesn’t have to load everything simultaneously.

  • Smooth Scrolling: You can scroll smoothly through your visits without waiting for the entire page to load.

  • Better Performance: This makes it easier to manage your visits, especially if you have many of them.

How It Works

When you open the Dispatch Board, you will immediately see the first set of visits. As you scroll down, more visits will load automatically.

When scrolling to the bottom of the list, you will see a loader wheel indicating that the next batch of results is loading.

You can also adjust the “Records on Page” setting located on the Preferences page to change how many results load before the next batch begins to load.

On-site status in the calendar

We’ve added a new on-site status feature to the Calendar View. Now you can see which visits team members are actively clocked in and working on-site right from the schedule.

Why Is This Great?

  • Easier App Navigation: Quickly see who is currently on-site without checking separate pages.

  • Improved Management: Easily manage your team and schedule by knowing where your employees currently are and how much more they need to complete in the day.

How It Works

In the Calendar View, you will see the new on-site status on visits for team members currently clocked into the job timer and working on-site.
