Option to remove adding credit from the client portal
There is now an option located in the settings under the client portal login widget settings labeled “Show Credit Balance On Client Portal”. This option either enables or disables the customer from adding money to their Customer Credit Balance from the client portal.
A few important notes:
This setting is defaulted to “disabled,” which prevents customers from adding credit to the client portal. To re-enable this function, please navigate to the setting and change it to enable.
This does not affect the ability to receive a deposit to an estimate using the estimate deposit threshold setting. Customers can still add to their credit balance if it is required to accept an estimate.
Upgraded Trimble Maps to version 3.16
Trimble Maps is the integration we use on the Dispatch Board to display your visits on a map, optimize and save routes, show employees' GPS locations, and provide map tools such as group selections and map toggle options at the top. Trimble Maps has pushed quite a few updates since the last time we updated the integration on our end. So, we updated the version we were using, which was v3.10, to version 3.16.
Here are a few of the main reasons that we upgraded this integration:
Additional addresses were added to the Trimble maps database.
Increase reliability for optimizing routes.
Opens us up to a lot of potential features we can utilize in the future.

Updated the behavior of the clock-in required setting in time tracking
We have changed the behavior of the setting in Time Tracking located under the settings tab labeled “clock in required.” In the past, this setting controlled two different functions: either allowing or not allowing an employee to view the schedule and dispatch board unless they were clocked into general time tracking, and also, it enabled and disabled the automatic clock-in to general time tracking after clocking out of a visit. Now, after this update, this setting only changes whether or not an employee can view the schedule/ dispatch board when clocked out. The automatic clock-in feature is now enabled by default. Make sure to watch the video for a full explanation of how this setting changed and how your employee's workflow may change.
