Back-end improvements that increase reliability

This release was mostly focused on back-end improvements to the app that greatly increased the reliability of specific functions in the software. These types of updates are typically unsung heroes because they don't show their face value in the UX/UI of the app that is visible to its users; rather, their improvements are behind the scenes. In fact, if you notice most of the updates, that typically means that we didn't do a great job! The areas we focused on improving this sprint include greater payment reliability, increasing server capacity, improving the support team's tooling, and reducing the overall bug count.

Updates to the Customer CSV Import page with instructions and a new sample template

We have updated the Customer CSV import page to include a video showing the most efficient way to properly import customers into Copilot. This video also includes a tutorial on how to clean up the data in the CSV to ensure you have accurate data with no duplicates.

We also added a new sample file that you can download, which contains all the fields used in the video and the formulas to clean up those fields.

Added ability to bulk add tags to customers from the customer list

When navigating to the Customer page, you will notice at the top of the customer list that there is now a bulk action to add tags. This feature allows you to select customers in the list and add tags to those selected customers.
